If you’re a small business owner DIY-ing your site… I get it. It starts out kind of empowering. You log in, choose your domain name, maybe pick a template.  Until you are three hours deep in brand colors, fonts, moving images or text  (why won't it just stay?!).  You can't even click 'publish' because you can't quite figure out that one thing.  So you give up.
